Abstract

Occupational cancer is undoubtedly one of the most controversial issues to evaluate, within the wide range of possible expertise that can be faced in your daily work forensics. It is important to emphasize that the establishment of the causal link is the cornerstone when it comes to occupational cancer, and it is of the utmost importance that the forensic physician should concentrate in the first instance on the pathophysiology of each of the possible pathologies as well as their possible Complications rooting the importance of the medical examiner in the ability to establish or rule out the existence of a causal relationship between the clinical diagnosis and the events reported.
